REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, business administration, or any related field. An MBA is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years experience in a B2B market research role
- Strategic, results-oriented, and critical thinking
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to present research findings in a clear and precise manner
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate is a plus

Main Duties:
The Market Specialist is responsible for the gathering of market intelligence that informs decisions related to gaining/maintaining competitive advantage, product positioning, and industry trends.
- Conducts market research and analysis to produce insights for developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Implements market development strategies in pursuit of new opportunities and find ways to introduce Esco Lifesciences Group products and services to untapped markets.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly perform market research and analyze industry data and competitive trends to recommend steps to increase market share.
- Translate and document market data and research findings into high-impact, cost-effective, and actionable marketing strategies.
- Generate insights on prospects and competitors alike, in order to create easily accessible in-house marketing playbooks and reference materials.
- Use data-driven market segmentation and predictive modeling to help better target and convert more prospects.
- Set and track market-specific goals to measure success rates and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.
- Help design and execute well-researched marketing campaigns to achieve market-specific targets.
